What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

We use contact forms to allow customers to request a quote for our Asbestos Survey and Testing services. Your information filled in on the contact form ,  will be sent securely via email to our office who will then use this to contact you. We will keep your personal information for up to 3 years in our systems , however in general we remove enquiries quicker. If you would like your personal information to be removed , please contact our data officer and we will be happy to oblige.

We use cookies on our website to help us deliver a better user experience. Our cookies are primarily focused around storing anonymised data about how you use the website.

For all enquiries that are sent to us, we retain your personal information for up to 3 years. If you go on to book a  job with us , we keep your information for the statutory length of time.

Your data is not sent to any Third Parties , it is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the unlikely event that a data breach was to take place, we have a process in place to notify all victims of said breach and to review our protocols to ensure this is not repeated.
